Each recipe includes a list of ingredients and step-by-step preparation instructions.

Recipe Name Ingredients Preparation Method
Puran Poli
  • 1 cup Chana dal
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Ghee for roasting
Boil the chana dal until it is soft and then drain the water. Add jaggery to the dal and cook until it becomes thick. Make a dough with maida and roll it into small circles. Fill it with the dal mixture and roast it on a pan with ghee.
Jalebi
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Oil for frying
Make a batter with maida and yogurt and let it ferment for 8-10 hours. Make a sugar syrup and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and pipe the batter in circular shapes. Fry until golden brown and then dip in sugar syrup.
Sabudana Khichdi
  • 1 cup Sabudana
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Soak the sabudana overnight. Roast and grind the peanuts. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chili. Add the sabudana and peanuts and cook until the sabudana becomes transparent.
